RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY Β· ENGLAND & WALES

Every property
transaction
deserves more than just a process.

Residential property transactions. Handled personally. From start to finish.

Property transactions can feel complex at times. Even when everything appears in order, questions arise and details matter.

I stay closely involved throughout, guiding you through each stage, keeping things moving, and making sure you always know where you stand.

"I really appreciate your support during the process of selling my house. Alongside that, thank you for the emotional support too β€” it meant a great deal."

Where experience
makes the difference

Property transactions vary. Some proceed smoothly, others require closer attention as matters progress.

I stay closely involved throughout - explaining what is happening and why, keeping things moving, and making sure you always feel informed and in control.

You work directly with me from start to finish. There is no handover between teams or layers of communication, so nothing is lost and you are not left repeating yourself. I understand your transaction in full and can respond quickly, clearly, and with the context already in mind when something needs attention.

I make a point of understanding your situation and what matters to you, so the advice I give and the way I handle things reflects that from the outset. Each transaction is handled with the level of attention and involvement it deserves.

Your matter is handled with careful attention to details, proactive communication and a steady approach focused on keeping the process as straighforward as possible.

The aim is for you to feel confident in the process, not uncertain about it.

Years in property law

A personal, senior led service,
built on experience and care.

Before qualifying in property law, I was a music teacher and performer β€” an experience that continues to shape how I work today. It taught me discipline, attention to detail, and - above all - how to understand people. I bring that same mindset into every transaction I handle.

I have over twenty years' experience in residential property, including roles within major law firms such as Osborne Clarke, acting for both private clients and major property developers. Over the course of my career, I have worked as a Senior Associate and Head of Conveyancing, gaining a broad and practical understanding of transactions at every level.

What I offer now is different. You work directly with me β€” from the outset through to completion. I explain what is happening and why, keep things moving, and take a proactive approach throughout. Potential issues are identified early and addressed before they become problems.

I act on a wide range of property transactions, from straightforward purchases, sales, transfers of equity and remortgages, through to more involved matters such as bespoke agreements and deeds of variation. I act for individuals, property investors and limited companies, including those building and managing property portfolios. Many of my clients return to me over time or come through recommendation.

I genuinely care about my clients. I understand that property transactions are often among the most significant decisions people make, and I treat them accordingly. To me, clients are not numbers or files β€” they are people, and each matter deserves time, attention, and a real sense of responsibility.

I enjoy the work itself. I like getting into the detail, resolving issues, and seeing things through properly. Once I take something on, I stay with it β€” focused, persistent, and committed to getting it right.

Alongside my legal work, I have written articles and contributed to interviews on property-related matters, sharing practical insight drawn from day-to-day experience.

As a bilingual legal professional, I am also able to assist clients in both English and Russian, providing clarity and confidence where language might otherwise be a barrier.

Behind every transaction is usually a significant life decision, investment or change in circumstances, and I never lose sight of that while handling the legal side of the process.
